Delivery

Q: Who do you use to deliver your orders?

A: We use Hermes to fulfil all our orders. The options are outlined below -

UK Delivery:

Delivery within 2 working days after dispatch.

Worldwide Delivery:

France - 3-7 working days - £11.64

Germany - 3-7 working days - £9.12

Spain - 3-7 working days - £11.40

Italy - 3- 7 working days - £13.80

USA - 10-14 working days - £17.99

Canada - 5-8 working days - £27.16

Australia - 8-13 working days - £23.99

If your country is not listed then please email us and we can send you a personal shipping quote.

See Say Do do not accept responsibility for additional duties and taxes that are incurred when shipping outside of the United Kingdom to other countries.

Please note:

Orders placed Monday - Friday will be posted next working day.
Orders placed at weekends Saturday and Sunday will be posted on a Monday.

If your delivery is urgent, email us and we will try and sort it out for you.

Returns

Q: What is your returns address?

Q: How do I get a refund?

A: If you are unhappy about one of your items then just let us know by emailing - hello@seesaydo.co.uk

We can offer a refund if within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue the agreed refund/credit note. Refunds do not include postage costs.

Q: How long will it take to process my return?

A: Once your item has arrived, your refund will usually be processed within 4 working days (Monday - Friday).

Q: I am returning an item from outside the EU, how should I do this?

A: If you are returning item(s) from outside the EU please make sure that you include “Returns Department” in the address and declare the goods as returns to the postal company. Doing this will make sure that your return isn’t delayed at UK customs.


Product Care

Q: How should I wash my duvet covers?

A: We recommend you wash at 30 degrees, and keep out of direct sunlight when drying, to keep those colours super bold!

Q: How long will my duvet cover last?

A: If looked after it should last generations!
